* You have experience leading technical teams (ideally cross-functional teams in more than one organisation).
* You are confident in developing, releasing, and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
* You're comfortable working full-stack, even if you are stronger on the backend or front end.
* You have experience writing microservices on top of container-based architectures (e.g., K8s, Docker).
* You have native experience with AWS, Azure, or similar platforms (e.g., Google Cloud).
* Well-versed in Agile/Lean principles.
* You can seed new projects and repositories.
* You know what good CI/CD looks like and how to automate quality.
